If something goes wrong
You can cancel the order as long as we have not yet transmitted it to the registration office. In that case we refund the full amount.
After transmission the withdrawal policy applies: official fees already paid to the authority are excluded from the refund unless they are refundable.
If the authority rejects the application, we first clarify the cause and follow up where possible.

Processing and postal delivery are two separate steps
We handle the check and the filing. Processing at the registration office depends on the authority; our waiting-times index shows the current appointment situation per office.
Registration certificate and seals arrive by post. That transit time sits with the postal service, not with us.
Frequently asked questions about the price
Are the official fees included in the price?
Yes. Our price is a final price. It includes our service fee and the official fees of the registration office. Nothing is added, neither a processing charge nor a surcharge at checkout.
What is not included in the price?
The vehicle tax and the insurance premium. You pay both directly to the main customs office and to your insurer, not through us. A personalised plate is a fixed surcharge, our reservation of the number included.
What happens if the registration office rejects the application?
If your application does not reach the authority, we refund the amount in full. If an application is rejected by the authority, we first clarify the cause and resubmit where possible. The binding rule is in our cancellation policy.
Do I have to book extras?
No. Plates, carbon-look plates, plate shipping and the personalised plate are optional. If you select none of them, the displayed price for the procedure stands.
Do I get an invoice with VAT shown?
Yes. An invoice with VAT shown is included in every price. You receive it for your order.
